We had our basement renovation done by Bedrock Basements. When we were getting quotes for the project Dmitry suggested getting multiple quotes and his timeline and price was right in line with what other companies were quoting. We chose to go with Bedrock Basements because of Dmitry's experience and honesty. He told us  what could and couldn't be done and was upfront with pricing.

Dmitry has a wonderful team of subcontractors who were clean, kind and did wonderful work. We are so happy with how our basement turned out. He created a space for us to use as a family for years to come. My favourite space is the new bathroom.

Can't say enough good things about Dmirty and his team! We had them come in and completely finished our very unfished basement. Dmitry is incredibly well organized and communicative throughout the entire process. Constantly keeping us updated and in the loop with what was going on and upfront about any potential issues. All of Dmitry's contractors were also great. We had a specific timeframe that the project needed to be completed for and Dmitry made sure we stayed on track. Dmitry was very professional and made sure all our needs were met. He went above what we expected and truly made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. He even accommodated last-minute changes, which was very appreciated. As a person, he was extremely pleasant to work with, and always arrived with a smile and laugh. I got three basement renovation companies to quote for the renovation of my basement. All quoted costs were more or less same, but the the quote from Dmitry of Basements Renovations was quite outstanding in terms of clarity, details,  work plan and deliverables. While others were insisting on me signing a contract before they can give fuller details,  Dmitry was upfront with the drawings and project details and took time to work me through the plans before I signed  the contract.
The project was completed on schedule. The finishing was excellent. As the project progressed, Dmitry suggested  some  modifications that really worked. The workmen are real professionals. Any complaints or changes from me are attended to  timeously. Basement Renovations also introduced the vendor for the Home theater, who also did an excellent job.

We had a great experience working with Dmitry from start to finish. He was really helpful and knowledgeable in designing a basement plan that is functional while being understanding and meeting our needs. He was quick to respond, adapted to ideas/changes that we suggested and completed the project on time. He provided great suggestions and helped us gain the most space out of our basement by moving water pipes. The whole experience throughout was great, we were constantly aware of what was being done every day. Dmitry's team is very professional and tidy, leaving us impressed with the quality of their work. There were a lot of materials and finishes to choose from, while Dmitry was still flexible to accommodate our choices. The project remained on budget, Dmitry was a great communicator, and we have already received many compliments on our newly finished basement! We are very happy with our basement renovation by Dmitry and his team at Bedrock Basements! From the start Dmitry demonstrated his knowledge, and expertise in renovating basements. He listened to our dream for our basement, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure we were always on the same page for the design. Dmitry helped guide us through the process every step of the way. He has excellent communication, was very easy to get a hold of, and got back to us right away when we had any questions. Any questions/concerns that we had were answered or solved right away. We were given many options for things such as flooring, trim, doors, paint, etc. Tradespeople were scheduled back to back to speed up the process, and the project was completed within the 4-week projection. The tradespeople were friendly and knowledgeable. They were careful and respectful of our home, and always cleaned up when their job was complete. The final cost of the project was as quoted and on budget. Dmitry and his team take pride in, and stand by, their work. Dmitry completed a basement apartment build for us from Feb-April of this year. Dmitry was very accurate with his quote, and very transparent with any expected costs/overruns. All phases of construction were completed in a timely manner, and Bedrock has an excellent selection of finishes/trims/fixtures to choose from, and I think all of their tradespeople are efficient, professional and pleasant. We hired Bedrock Basements AGAIN (they finished our basement) to renovate our master bedroom and bath, plus 3 bedrooms on the main floor. Dmitry brings in quality trades people who do good work, pay attention to detail and they also work FAST. Dmitry is responsive, checks in often on the reno, and is trustworthy. His quotes are detailed and accurate, and I like how he shows us a 3D plan of the reno. I would highly recommend Bedrock Basements for their quality work, professionalism, and responsiveness.
