Speakeasy Basement Renovation in Springwater

As a basement designer and contractor, it’s hard not to be excited when a client envisions their space as “an adult, dark, sexy speakeasy.” In this basement finishing project, every detail was carefully crafted in our 3D basement design. We incorporated high-end Torlys luxury vinyl flooring in a striking herringbone pattern, alongside a walk-up bar with dramatic LED lighting and a wine cellar display. A bold wood slat entertainment wall featuring a 60″ Napoleon fireplace adds to the space’s appeal. To complete the look, all surfaces—walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinetry, and even speaker covers—were painted in a rich dark green flat finish. This basement design transformed the space into a truly extraordinary and unique area, fully exceeding our client’s expectations.
